- Tell someone....it will help. You need hugs and compassion and someone elses strength to gather from. Tell your funniest friend and don't be afraid to make fun of cancer and say to hell with it. When your ready, laugh and laugh hard at cancer. It doesn't have you....you have it.

- My husband took on that very same attitude and I feel it made ALL the difference in the world. Great advice.

- Thanks Mike...words to consider. My husband is a 7 year survivor of stage 4 lymphoma. Humor took him far in his treatment and still does today. Good luck and I can't wait to read whatelse you have to say.

- Cantwrite.....what is up with you? I don't think he said he was special because he might die. He just happens to have a unique opportunity to share some insight and thoughts with others who might be going thru the same thing. Lighten up and smile!
